Application Process

Applications accepted only during advertised submittal periods (currently closed; waitlist only). Applicants are randomly selected/sequentially numbered (lottery) up to the permit caps; requires application/processing fee, neighbor mailing notice, and an annual inspection. New applications are not being accepted at this time.

Permits are capped at 41 non-hosted and 60 hosted; all permits have been issued and new applications are not being accepted (waitlists only).
